Refund Policy

We deeply honor your healing journey and understand that every person’s path is unique. Spiritual healing and coaching work affects each person differently, depending on your consciousness, spiritual strength, faith, and the challenges or emotional blocks you may carry from this or past experiences. Sometimes, one or two sessions may not fully resolve every challenge, and your personal growth also depends on the effort you put into self-love, forgiveness, prayers, and positive thinking.

Your practitioner will work with integrity, authenticity, and guidance from God, dedicating themselves to supporting your highest purpose and potential during your appointment.

After a healing, please allow a minimum of 30 days for the full effects to unfold, including the detox period.

If, after this time, you feel that the service provided did not meet the description or you are genuinely unhappy with the outcome, you may request a full refund within 40 days of your session. Our goal is always to ensure your experience feels safe, supported, and aligned with your growth.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule your healing session. Our goal is to honor your time and energy, as well as the time of our practitioners, so that every session can be fully devoted to your healing journey.

• 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your payment will be fully applied to your new appointment.
  
• One-Time Late Cancellation or Missed Session: If you need to cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment once, your session can be rescheduled without any additional fee, and your payment will still be valid for the rescheduled date.
  
• Repeated Late Cancellations or Missed Sessions: If a second session is cancelled late or missed, the payment for that session will not be refunded, and future bookings may be limited to ensure that all clients can access their full healing experience.
